PAYMENT

Racepak accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Be sure to enter the correct billing address of the credit card being used for the purchase. Orders placed are subject to verification of billing name, address and CVV code.  Orders placed using a credit card which does not match the address or CVV code provided will be held until verification is complete.

SHIPPING

Racepak’s primary method of shipping is via UPS. This includes all forms of UPS delivery options for domestic and international services. Please specify which method you prefer at the time of your order. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the invoice.

Orders placed before 2:30 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed and should ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and should ship the next available business day.

RETURNS

Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase. All returned items must be unused and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom parts are non-returnable.

REPAIRS

All items returned for repair must be accompanied by an RMA number. This may be obtained by contacting Racepak customer support at 949-709-5555.

Items returned for repair are processed as soon as possible once they have been received at our facility. Please allow 5-10 business days for your items to be repaired, plus the time to ship to and from our facility in Orange County, California. An expedited service is available for a nominal charge. Please inform your Racepak representative of any time constraints when you receive your RMA number.

WARRANTY

Racepak makes every effort to insure that our products and services are of the highest quality and standards. It is our intention to maintain a mutually beneficial and cordial relationship with each and every one of our customers.

Racepak warrants all merchandise manufactured by Racepak against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of six months after the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the first retail purchaser and covers only those products exposed to normal use or service. It does not apply to those products used for a purpose for which it was not designed, or which has been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product, or misapplication, misuse, negligence, or accident. Any part or product found to be defective after examination by Racepak will be repaired or replaced. Racepak assumes no responsibility for diagnosis, removal and/or installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience or any other consequential expenses.

This warranty is in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, and any other obligation on the part of Racepak, or selling dealer.
